Our Team
Our team has previously led the development, delivery, and management of affordable housing for 1000s of residents. We have experience in delivering social infrastructure ranging from net-zero cultural centres, healing lodges, low income housing, multi-family, and single family housing.
Hatched in 2024, Roost is a made-in-Alberta solution to rapidly increase the supply of housing in select rural communities.
We have set out to develop and manage affordable housing in communities that are often overlooked by the construction industry. Thriving communities provide housing options for all incomes and ages.
